Sometimes it may take a few minutes to receive the verification code email. Please wait for 5 minutes or check your spam folder. If you haven't received the code after 5 minutes, you can click the "resend" verification code link. If none of these options work, please contact support at support@bbqperks.com.
After logging into your account, click on the reward card you want to claim. You'll see a "Claim Now" button on the reward detail page. Click this button to claim your reward. For certain rewards, there may be specific actions that must be completed to unlock the reward. If the "Claim Now" button is visible but not clickable, you must complete these steps first.
Some rewards may require an extra step to unlock, such as following a Twitter account or visiting an Instagram page. Once you've completed the necessary actions, your reward will be unlocked and ready for claiming.
Look in the “Claimed” tab on the Rewards Dashboard. Rewards you’ve redeemed will be available there. Rewards that have been completed due to their time expiring or reaching their claim limit are removed from the dashboard.
As of now, we only offer an annual subscription.
BBQ Perks is only available in the USA.
On the membership check-out page, there is a link to enter a “Promotion code.” When you click that, it will show an input field to enter your discount or coupon code.
Click your profile on the navigation bar and select “Manage Subscription” from the menu. On your Manage Subscription Page, you will find all the information about your subscription as well as functions to manage it, like canceling a subscription, updating payment methods, downloading receipts, etc.
Click your profile on the navigation bar and select “Manage Subscription” from the menu. On that page, you can cancel an active subscription. If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to your membership perks and rewards until your renewal date is reached. Canceling your subscription keeps your membership from auto-renewing.

If your membership has expired, you will need to purchase a new membership. You can do this by visiting the home page or by logging into your account and clicking the "Purchase a new subscription" link on the "Expired" page that is displayed for you.
Click your profile on the navigation bar and select “Manage Subscription” from the menu. On that page, you can add and remove payment methods for your account.
Currently, we do not support changing your email address inside the application. If you need to modify it, contact support@bbqperks.com.
